Director of Water - Kentucky
Jimmy Stahl is a Water Resources Engineer that delivers public sector engineering services for federal, state and local clients. He has 25 years of experience largely focused on hydrology and hydraulics for large-scale watershed and riverine studies, dam breach analysis, detailed closed system modeling, watershed and stormwater management, green infrastructure, master planning and design services.
Jimmy has extensive experience in preparing resource need projections, proposals, scopes, cost estimates, schedules, reports, other related written and oral communications, and executing and managing work. Recent focus includes leading the $50M Kentucky Risk MAP Program and the delivery of $3M dollars in dam safety services.
Jimmy earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and his Masters in Civil Engineering, Specializing in Water Resources, from the University of Louisville. He is the Vice Chair of the Kentucky Association of Mitigation Managers.
