Along with securing funding, Joe’s successfully designed, managed and supervised construction of these municipal infrastructure improvements.

Joe is praised for his practical, realistic approach to engineering solutions and timely response on all matters.

Joe earned his Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Notre Dame, and he is a member of the Municipal Engineers Association of Northeast Ohio, American Society of Highway Engineers and Cleveland Engineering Society.
