Director of Environmental

Lincoln Scott, along with his diverse team of professional scientists, is the cornerstone of GPD Group’s environmental practice. As a biologist, Lincoln brings many years of professional environmental consulting experience and a breadth of skills and insights to the group. His expertise in conducting planning studies, preparing environmental documents, technical ecological surveys and natural resource inventories ensure that no stone is left unturned.

In addition to technical ecological surveys, Lincoln has conducted and managed all levels and types of Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), following ASTM standards for various public and private clients. Lincoln has worked with his team to complete thousands of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance projects in over 30 states requiring oversight by such federal agencies as the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Federal Highway Administration, Federal Communications Commission, Federal Railroad Administration, and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Lincoln also works closely with various state departments of natural resources, environmental protection agencies, and state historic preservation offices.

Lincoln and his team have developed a successful nationwide approach to environmental compliance and documentation that produces high-quality solutions for a diverse client base and a wide range of environmental disciplines.
