GPD Recognized as Prime Consultant of the Year

GPD Group is the proud recipient of the 2024 Prime Consultant of the Year as part of the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT)’s Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion Awards! This award recognizes a prime consultant who has excelled in upholding the requirements of the Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program and has a demonstrated track record of partnering with, utilizing, and forming strategic alliances with DBE firms to participate in ODOT contracts through the awarding of subcontracts to DBE firms.

GPD’s Minority Business Incubator Program

Our invaluable DBE partnerships allow us to bring a variety of innovative perspectives, experiences, and ideas to the table. In 2015, GPD created the Minority Business Incubator (MBI) to help small and disadvantaged companies in expanding their presence in their field of business. We provide them with free workspace, IT support, and other necessary office support while engaging GPD’s technical staff on existing projects and/or pursuits of new projects. The MBI has resulted in mutually beneficial relationships and great experiences for our participants, our communities, and our employees. We have always believed it is important to do our part to support the progress of our communities and industry because, as they grow stronger, GPD does too.
