At their Design & Construction Midwest Region 2025 Partner Summit, the GPD team was honored with two major awards that reflect the heart of how we work, the consistency of our delivery, and the pride we bring to every project we touch.
Celebrating Exceptional People and Project Delivery
Our very own Claudia Haines received Chick-fil-A’s 2024 Project Manager of the Year Award, by unanimous selection. Her leadership, commitment to quality, and proactive approach continue to set the bar for what it means to drive a great client experience. We couldn’t be more proud.
GPD Group was also named Chick-fil-A’s 2024 Development Partner of the Year (again by unanimous selection), recognizing the dedication our entire team brings to meeting deadlines, producing high-quality construction documents, and guiding each project from design through construction with clarity and care.
These awards are a testament to the passion and teamwork that define who we are, and to the strong relationship we’ve built since beginning work with Chick-fil-A in 2018. Together, we’ve collaborated on more than 215 projects across the Midwest and Southeast, and we’re just getting started. Our architecture, MEP, and structural engineering services support the full lifecycle of Chick-fil-A’s new-build program, from design and documentation to permitting and construction administration.
