GPD Group has achieved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 status following an independent Certified Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO) assessment, marking another important step in GPD’s continued commitment to supporting federal clients and protecting sensitive project information.
CMMC is the Department of Defense’s framework for helping ensure contractors and their supply chains have the cybersecurity practices necessary to safeguard sensitive federal information. GPD’s CMMC Level 2 status confirms that the assessed information system meets the security requirements of NIST Special Publication 800-171 Revision 2 for protecting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), in accordance with CMMC requirements codified in 32 CFR Part 170.
For GPD, achieving CMMC Level 2 represents more than meeting a cybersecurity requirement. It reflects our ongoing commitment to being a trusted, responsible partner to the federal agencies, contractors, and teaming partners we serve.
