Heartland Dental, the largest dental service organization in the country, teamed with GPD Group in mid-2021 to gear up for record growth in 2022 and beyond. With facilities all over the U.S., Heartland brought GPD on board as a strategic partner to help them scale their development process and to keep pace with their growth demand.

To meet Heartland Dental’s aggressive timelines, GPD built the right team of Designers, Architects, Engineers, and Program Managers to collaborate with each Heartland Design Manager on their specific projects. We created an internal staffing structure and workflow that mirrored Heartland’s, enhancing team collaboration and increasing development process efficiency. In addition to site adapt services, GPD converted the Heartland Dental prototype documents to a Revit format for ease of implementation and to streamline the overall design process. This step also enabled the creation of greater drawings accuracy and coordination.

GPD is proud to work hand in hand with the Heartland Dental Development Team. Throughout our collaboration, we have supported the completion of 100+ office openings with many more on the horizon as Heartland continues to expand their market growth.
