GPD delivers integrated, full-service architecture and building engineering for Chick-fil-A’s new store build program across the Midwest and Southeast. As the first A\&E partner to offer a comprehensive suite of services under one roof, we provide a seamless, single-source solution for building design. Our work spans everything from standard prototype templates to custom, non-prototypical designs—all executed in Revit for precision and consistency.

We collaborate closely with Chick-fil-A to refine design templates and pilot new features, such as upgraded fixtures and enhanced patio layouts, ensuring only the best innovations become part of their standard design. Additionally, we developed a standardized CMU building envelope for high-wind regions and support their industrial construction team with detailed design documentation for projects utilizing panelized building envelopes.
