When the National Institutes of Health (NIH) wanted to capture something lighter than air, GPD was up to the challenge. 

In the basement of Building 50 at NIH is a Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) facility shared by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute and National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases. 

Historically, magnets in the facility allow spent helium to escape to atmosphere, only now, NMR operators are recapturing this gas to be recycled/reused thanks to a newly installed helium recovery system. Due to the large magnets, GPD specified solutions for the project to allow the recovery system and nearby equipment to function properly.
