When Wiesbaden Base in Germany needed to determine radio frequency (RF) coverage, officials turned to GPD for assistance. 

GPD provided in-building coverage surveys to reveal which facilities required RF coverage enhancement. By utilizing wide spectrum analyzers, GPD determined the macro coverage RF signal levels penetrating each structure. This testing enabled RF coverage issues to be quickly identified based on a 95% reliability coverage specification for minimum performance.  

Following the surveys, GPD provided comprehensive coverage reports for each building on a per-floor basis, showing even greater detail of coverage trouble spots. These reports are a crucial resource for the U.S. government when planning and allocating additional resources for system improvements for in-building coverage.
