Since 2013, Wyndham Destinations has relied on GPD to provide architecture, engineering, design, construction owner’s representation services, and facilities assessment and management services for more than 100 projects in 40 locations nationwide.  

In every project, GPD creates design that reflects the unique location and enhances the vacation experience, and assesses facility needs to develop solutions to meet long-term financial and operational needs, including structural and ADA upgrades. At each location, GPD surveys existing conditions, aligns our design recommendations with the budget and operational needs, and provides on-site owners representation to manage and oversee construction work on select projects. Through this approach, GPD has cemented a status as a valuable extension of Wyndham real estate, facilities management and construction teams to cost-effectively scale and meet demand while meeting short-term needs and avoiding long-term costs.
