We’ve been serving our communities with architecture and engineering services since 1961. What started as a handful of employees in a small Akron office has grown into a 600+ employee company with 14 offices across the United States and a growing national footprint.
Our story truly begins with the employee buyout of the firm’s founding fathers in 1986. This laid the groundwork for our unique broad-based employee ownership structure and our operating philosophies that make us stand out. Today, we continue to grow and move forward as a unified group of professionals who provide quality, innovative design solutions for your every need.

Since 2014, our GPD Group Employees' Foundation has set out to support the communities we serve by enriching the K-12 public education experience and supporting at-risk children and those with medical and special needs.
