When the City of Streetsboro required a new central fire station, officials selected GPD to design a new, modern structure to meet the needs of the department and the community. 

The new Streetsboro Fire Station is estimated at approximately $4.7M with 21,500 square feet across two floors. Included in the program are two apparatus bays, kitchen and day rooms, a training/classroom, an exercise facility with lockers, sleeping quarters and administrative spaces. The new facility helps benefit the community and creates an accommodating environment and workplace for the brave men and women who serve. The building design is being used as a branding opportunity to become an icon of the city and represent Streetsboro’s roots with a vision toward the future.
