Facility Management for Multiple Senior Living Sites
Sunrise Senior Living operates facilities across the country, with multiple projects requiring both capital and preventive maintenance work. When the Sunrise team found itself in need of support, they brought in GPD to support its various facility management needs.
GPD provides single-source responsibility from assessment through construction for a variety of projects. Together, Sunrise and GPD completed various facility and infrastructure assessments, ADA repairs, roof replacements and HVAC upgrades. GPD’s scope encompasses assessing the facilities and developing a preliminary scope of work and construction estimate, developing construction documents, obtaining permits, bidding the project and seeing it through turnover to operations.
